NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2017, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-014512 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-85CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-85CB, is Plaintiff and MARKET TAMPA 1811 FLUOSHIRE DR A/K/A MARKET TAMPA, LLC; HELEN M, RILEY AKA HELEN RILEY, et al, are the Defendants. The Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1, OF PROVIDENCE TOWNHOMES PHASES 1 AND 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
