LOT 10 AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 9, BLOCK 4, LESS THE EAST 108.42 FEET THEREOF, PINEHURST SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 908 E. ALSOBROOK STREET, PLANT CITY, FL 33563; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on February 21, 2018 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
