NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale scheduled for January 22, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-005775 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES 1 TRUST 2005-AC6, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AC6 is Plaintiff and MONDRAGON, ANGELICA AND GARCIA, FAYE, et al, are Defendants.
