NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 11, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 17-CA-005918 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and ARTHUR JAMES BEVEL; THE ESTATE OF WILLIE A. GREEN A/K/A WILLIE ALFRED GREEN, SR. A/K/A WILLIE A. GREEN, SR. A/K/A WILLIE ALFRED GREEN, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF WILLIE A. PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 12th day of March, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 5, LINCOLN GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30 AT PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
