NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment or Order dated entered in Civil Case No. 17-000628-CI in the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY, Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF AUDREY E. KRYZAK A/K/A AUDREY ELLEN LONG KRYZAK, DECEASED, ET AL. are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale Clearwater, FL, 33756 beginning at 10:00 a.m.on March 13, 2018 for the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
