THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 8361, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF CHATEAUX DE BARDMOORE, INC., NO. 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 12 AND 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JANUARY 21, 1970 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3253, PAGES 67 THROUGH 119, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
commonly known as 8361 CANDLEWOOD RD, SEMINOLE, FL 33777 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Jennifer M. Scott of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before 02/26/2018, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
