NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 5, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-000713-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Loan Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-BC3, is the Plaintiff and Brett Tripanier, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Melissa Gress, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 19th day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 15, WOODBROOK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 88 AND 89 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
