NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2016, and entered in 15-004345-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and AUTUMN CHASE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THELMA GARCIA; ADRIAN GARCIA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 12, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 305, AUTUMN CHASE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15084, PAGE 873, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 142, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY , FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
