NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF
GUARDIANSHIP UPON CHANGE
OF DOMICILE OF WARD
IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR
PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
PROBATE DIVISION

IN RE: GUARDIANSHIP OF
JOHN MICHAEL HUSKAMP,
JOAN HUSKAMP, by and through her undersigned counsel, as guardian of the person of JOHN MICHAEL HUSKAMP, (the Ward), gives notice that:
1. The Ward is JOHN MICHAEL HUSKAMP;
2. The file number of the guardianship being terminated is File No. 16-0340-GD;
3. The venue of the guardianship being terminated is Pinellas County Circuit Court, Jurisdiction of Pinellas Probate Division, located at 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756;
4. The Guardian being discharged is JOAN HUSKAMP, 5371 Peacock Drive, Holiday, Florida 34690 and her counsel's name and address are listed at the end of this notice;
5. The name and address of the appointed foreign guardian is LISA HECKER, 500 Angus Lane, Knob Knoster, Missouri 65336 and her attorney is Donald J. Bowers, 124 W. 2nd Street, Holden, Missouri 64040;
6. A Petition for Discharge has been filed upon the grounds of change of domicile of the Ward;
7. The Guardian, JOAN HUSKAMP, filed for Discharge on January 11, 2018;
8. The jurisdiction of the Ward has been transferred to the Circuit Court of Johnson County, Missouri at Warrensburg.
Any objection to this termination shall be in writing and shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based; any objection to the Final Report, if any, or the Petition for Discharge shall be filed within the later of 30 days from the date of service of the Petition for Discharge or the date of first publication of the notice; and within 90 days after filing of the objection, if any, a notice of hearing thereon shall be served or the objection is abandoned.
