NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 18, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 17-004192-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AJX MORTGAGE TRUST II, A DELAWARE TRUST, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, TRUSTEE, Plaintiff, and BRENDA L. BALLARD; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BB&T FINANCIAL, FSB; CACH, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A ELENA ZUPPARDO, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 5th day of March, 2018 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 25, ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 65, 66, AND 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
