NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Florida Statute §715.109, Honeyvine Mobile Home Park, Inc. will offer for public sale the following:
1969 Mobile Home,
Title # 3560903, VIN # SF3934C
and on the 16th day of February, 2018, at 10365 Ulmerton Road, Lot 68, Largo, Pinellas County, Florida, at the hour of 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, the landlord will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” the aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to ownership rights, liens, and security interests which have priority by law, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs of storage, advertising and sale, due and owing the landlord.
