WAWRZYNIAK FAMILY LIVING TRUST TO ALL INTEREST PERSONS:
Your interest in the estate may be barred or affected by the following:
The decedent, Rose D. Wawrzyniak, whose last known address was 4614 Herman Circle, Port Charlotte, FL 33948, died on May 20, 2018.
By Trust Indenture dated the 13th day of September, 2002, the decedent established the Wawrzyniak Family Living Trust.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the trust estate will be forever barred unless presented to the Successor Trustee, Timothy Greschak, 26112 Winton, Saint Clair Shores, MI 48081, within four months of the date of publication of this notice.
Notice is further given that the estate assets will be thereafter assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to them.
This notice is published on July 6, 2018.
