RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed June 18, 2018 and entered in Case No. 17000225CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC F/K/A GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff and ALEXIS BARBARA ALADRO A/K/A ALEXIS LITZENBERGER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 20, Block 362, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 23, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 14A thru 14E, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
