YOU ARE HEREBY notified that an action against you seeking declaratory relief, slander of title, violation of Florida Statute § 817.535, and to quiet title to real property located in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly right of way of Gulf Drive and the South line of Lot 4, CRYSTAL BEACH SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 214, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, thence East along the South line of said Lot 4, 345.00 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue East 86.50 feet, thence N 3°41'00” W, 100.21 feet to the intersection of said line and the North line of Lot 3, said Crystal Beach Subdivision; thence West along the North line of said Lot 3, 86.50 feet to a point, lying 370.00 feet from the point of intersection of the Westerly extension of the North line of said Lot 3, and the Easterly right of way of said Gulf Drive; thence S 3°41'00” E, 100.21 feet to the Point of Beginning, Less the North 12.5 feet for road right of way, being and lying in Section 4, Township 35 South, Range 16 East, Manatee County, Florida. (Commonly known as: 111 6th Street N., Bradenton Beach, Florida.)
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Susan K. Spurgeon, Esq., the plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is 2701 N. Rocky Point Drive, Suite 900, Tampa, Florida 33607, on or before August 3, 2018, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
