Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13, 2018, in Case No. 2017-CC-004832 CL of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, in which COUNTRY SQUARE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and NANCY VELEZ is the Defendant. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on August 13, 2018, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:

Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
