NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016CA002481000000, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein BANKUNITED, N.A. is Plaintiff and CARLOS ALBERTO PAREDES TORRES; MARCELA DE LOURDES REYES MELIA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WESTRIDGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 24th day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 99, BLOCK “C”, WESTRIDGE PHASE VII-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 113, PAGES 23 AND 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.1-21.5.
