NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA002691000000, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST SERIES 2006-FF7,, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF7 is Plaintiff and LAURENCIA VIALVA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAURENCIA VIALVA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 31st day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 37.6 FEET OF THE NORTH 315 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF LOT 15, IN THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, DUNDEE, (A/K/A LAKE MENZIES VILLA) ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED INPLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 86, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
