NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 26, 2018, and entered in Case No. 11-2017-CA-000236-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and PEDRO OLMO; DOLLY M. OLMO A/K/A DOLLY MARIA HERNANDEZ SKINNER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; NAPLES WINTERPARK I, INC.; are defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel, Interim, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 26 day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NUMBER 304, UP OF NAPLES WINTERPARK I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1126, PAGE(S) 158 THROUGH 237, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
