NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 26, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 2018CA000537CAAXES in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NEW PENN FINANCIAL, LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff and KIM MARIE TRAINA; CONCORD STATION COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on August 13, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY (THE “PROPERTY” LOCATED AND SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF PASCO, STATE OF FLORIDA, TO WIT:
