NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-004512 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as trustee for the Holders of the Deutsche Alt-A Securities Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-OA1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and LYNN A. BOYD are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, INTERIM, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on July 26, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK 72, OF NAPLES PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT 5 AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
