NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 15, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 007532 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and All Others Who May Claim an Interest in the Estate of Philemon Dunbar, Jr., Angela Johnson aka Angela Dunbar aka Angela Maria Johnson, Christopher Dunbar, Sarasota County, FL, Kareema Dunbar, Laura Dunbar a/k/a Laura Renee Dunbar, Marvin Dunbar, Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court, State of Florida, Unknown Tenant N/K/A Maurice Thomas, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 20th day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
