NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 26, 2018 entered in Case No. 2008 CA 002719 SC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GEORGE CISLO, AS TRUSTEE OF THE GEORGE CISLO REVOCABLE TRUST, U/A/D JUNE 12, 1995 is the Plaintiff, and Luigi Maceri, David Vaughan, Equable Ascent Financial, LLC F/K/A Hilco Receivables, LLC, Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC, Asset Acceptance, LLC, and Capital One Bank (USA) or any person or entity claiming by, through, under or against any one or more of them are the Defendants, the Clerk of Circuit Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, at the hour of 9:00 a.m., on the 9th day of August, 2018, the following described real property:
Lot 7, Block 448, NINTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 21, 21A through 21S, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
