NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-000102 NC Div. E of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, where in THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2005-3, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3, is the Plaintiff and HOLT H. SMITH, JENNIFER SMITH, SARASOTA COUNTY GOVERNMENT, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION, ALARM SPECIALIST CORPORATION D/B/A EMG, HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION, III, UNKNOWN HEIRS DEVISEES GRANTEES CREDITORS AND OTHER PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DANIEL SMITH, EDITH SMITH, UNKNOWN TRUSTEE OF THE TRUST REFERENCED IN WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2153, AT PAGE 1400 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA, EDITH SMITH AS TRUSTEE, EDITH B. SMITH AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE, TERESA B. SMITH, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on AUGUST 1, 2018, beginning at 9:00 A.M., at www. sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:
Lots 24 and 25 and the East 21.42 feet of Lot 23, Block A, ORANGE CREST PARK SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 3, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
