NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on June 6, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2015 CA 003713 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff, and MICHAEL A. STRIEBEL; GILBRET GRAY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL A. STRIEBEL N/K/A CATHERYN STRIEBEL; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A DANIEL BEK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOTS, 10, 11 AND THE PART OF BLOCK C, RESERVED AND PART OF LAKE UPLANDS, AS SHOWN IN DEED BOOK 304, PAGE 595, AND IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 405, PAGE 61, LESS TRACT TO BRAREN AS DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 348, PAGE 255, LESS TRACT TO DANIELS IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 581, PAGE 380, BLOCK D; ALSO, BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 11, BLOCK D, THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 11,155 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT, THENCE NORTHWESTERLY 150 FEET, MORE OR LESS, THENCE NORTHEASTERLY 110.5 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE OUTER EDGE OF LAKE UPLAND, THENCE NORTHWESTERLY 31 FEET, MORE OR LESS, THENCE EASTERLY 165 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 149.3 FEET TO THE P.O.B., LYING IN BLOCK C, LESS TRACT IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1009, PAGE 106 TO GRAHAM PLAT OF THE UPLANDS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 15 AND 15A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
