RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed June 11, 2018 and entered in Case No. 17-CA-003473 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC, is Plaintiff, and MATTHEW RUTKOWSKI, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 11 AND THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 12, BLOCK 41, BONITA SPRINGS, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
