NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2015, and entered in 06-CA-010417 DIV I of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF THE FIRST NLC TRUST 2005-1, CALLABLE MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-1 is the Plaintiff
and DAWN T. FAVATA A/K/A DAWN FAVATA A/K/A DAWN F. SELLITTO; FAWN RIDGE MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 31, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
