NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2018 and entered in Case No.: 18-CA-2005 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and JAMES BRANT NICHOLS AND NATIONAL COLLEGIATE STUDENT LOAN TRUST 2007-4, A DELAWARE STATUTORY TRUST(S) are the Defendants. Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on July 24, 2018 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 22, EAST LAKE PARK UNIT ONE, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 33, Page 43, in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
FOLIO # 041218-0000.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
