NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-000377 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Successor Trustee to Citibank, N.A. as Trustee for Bear Stearns Alt-A Trust 2006-5, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-5, Plaintiff and PATRICIA SWEEZER are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on July 26, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 4, GRAND HAMPTON PHASE 1B-3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 221 THROUGH 231, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
