NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2018, and entered in 17-CA-006115 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein LIBERTY HOME EQUITY SOLUTIONS INC. (FKA GENWORTH FINANCIAL HOME EQUITY ACCESS INC.) is the Plaintiff and BETTY JEAN OWENS A/K/A BETTY J. OWENS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING THROUGH SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 30, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ALL OF LOT 11 AND THE NORTHERLY PART OF LOT 10 OF BLOCK C-20 , TEMPLE TERRACE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 68 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OD HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. SAID NORTHERLY PART OF LOT 10 BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 10, RUN NORTHERLY 30 FEET ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 10 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTINUE THENCE NORTHERLY 35 FEET ALONG SAID EASTERLY BOUNDARY TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE WESTERLY 129.30 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 10; THENCE SOUTHERLY 40 FEET ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 10 THENCE EASTERLY 127 FEET IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
