NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 7, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-008972, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2007-HE1 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE1, is Plaintiff and ALEX WILLIAMS; NANETTE MALDONADO; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURTS, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 6TH day of AUGUST, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 29, IRVINGTON HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALL LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH , RANGE 18 EAST.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
