NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2018 and entered in Case No. 15-CA-005594 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-NC3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-NC3, is Plaintiff and TIMOTHY M. CRAIG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIMOTHY M. CRAIG; et. al., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of August 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
The West half of Lot 7 and the West 1/2 of Lot 10, block 1, of MORNINGSIDE HEIGHTS, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 8, page 30, of the public records of HILLSBOROUGH county, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
