NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2018, and entered in Case No. 52-2017-CA-004809 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as Trustee for First Horizon Alternative Mortgage Securities Trust 2005-AA7, is the Plaintiff and Robert Hiskey, Francine Curti, Pinellas County, Florida, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 24th day of July 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
