NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of June, 2018, and entered in Case No. 13001905CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and PROFESSIONAL STAFFING A.B.T.S, INC., D/B/A ABLE BODY LABOR; ALBERTSONS LLC; PINELLAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; CHABAD OF ST. PETERSBURG, INC; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; DISSTON ARMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; HORNERXPRESS- TAMPA BAY, INC.; THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PUBLIX; STATE OF FLORIDA, STATE ATTORNEY'S OFFICE; LENNY BLOOMFIELD; PATRICIA P. HALL; WESLEY A. JAROS; RANDALL S. JAROS; ARTHUR G. JAROS, JR.; JAMES W. THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO. 306, BUILDING B, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF DISSTON ARMS APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT 2, PAGES 55 THROUGH 58, AND IN O.R. BOOK 2743, PAGES 235 THROUGH 286, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
