TO: NICHOLAS A. ROBERTO and all others who may claim an interest in the above-described $6,120 U.S. Currency (hereinafter the “Property”). Petitioner, BOB GUALTIERI, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, seized the Property on or about June 7, 2018, at or near 4761 - 80 Terrace N., Pinellas Park, Pinellas County, Florida, and will file or has filed with the Pinellas County Circuit Court a verified Complaint for Forfeiture to obtain a Final Order of Forfeiture perfecting the right, interest and title to the Property for the use or benefit of the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, all pursuant to Section 932.701-.704, Florida Statutes (2017).
