SCOPE OF PROJECT: The Pinellas County School Board (the district) requests qualification statements from experienced and qualified firms or individuals to provide design services for major renovations campus wide to re-open the current facility.

PHASE 2 PRELIMINARY DESIGN DOCUMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS:
21 DAYS
PHASE 3 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS: 30 DAYS
Such time limitations shall be exclusive of review and approval.
