This shall serve as Notice of Trust Administration of the MECHAS FAMILY TRUST u/t/d 2-6-18. The above referenced Decedent was Grantor/Beneficiary of the captioned Trust. Decedent's date of death was February 8, 2018. Summary administration is to be filed for the Decedent's estate in Pinellas County, Florida. The name and address of the Trustee is Venetia Peters-Demetriou f/k/a/ Freda Mechas, 22 Hawk Drive, Bedford, New Hampshire 03110, and the Trustee's attorney's name and address is set forth below.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
Any interested person upon whom this Notice is served who intends to challenge the validity of the Trust or the qualifications of the Trustee, and all persons having claims against the Decedent's estate who are served with a copy of this Notice, are required to serve the Trustee or her attorney with such objection or claim within the later of three (3) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or thirty (30) days after the date of service of a copy of this Notice on that person.
Persons having claims against the estate who are not known to the Trustee and whose names or addresses are not reasonably ascertainable, must serve all claims against the estate within three (3) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice.
All Claims And Objections Not So Served Are Forever Barred.
