THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO. 531, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF REGENCY WEST APARTMENTS II, A CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3416, PAGES 310 THROUGH 355, INCLUSIVE, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 77 THROUGH 81, INCLUSIVE, BOTH IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
