NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2017-CA-002394 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-6AR Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-6AR, Plaintiff and Rachel Rose Adcock a/k/a Rachel R. Adcock are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 22, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 346 OF BILMAR BEACH RESORT CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BILMAR BEACH RESORT CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED ON AUGUST 18, 2005, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14541, PAGE 1149, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD.
