NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 3rd, 2018, and entered in Case No. 08-2017-CA-000851 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-26, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Cicely Allen, deceased, Joan Rose Clarke f/k/a Joan Rose Calender f/k/a Joan R. Calender f/k/a Jean R. Calender, Marcia Millington a/k/a Marcia V. Millington a/k/a Marcia Millington-Lyn, Owen M. Brown, Jr. a/k/a Owen M. Brown, Sonia B. Millington a/k/a Sonia Millington, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Michael Reid, deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 2nd day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
