NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 3, 2018, entered in Case No. 17000666CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-QS5 is the Plaintiff and Patrick T. Lewis a/k/a Patrick Lewis; Kathleen M. Lewis a/k/a Kathleen Lewis a/k/a Kathleen M. Tardibuono Lewis; Section 20 Property Owner's Association, Inc.; Federated Capital Corporation f/k/a Federated Financial Corporation of America; Arrow Financial Services, LLC as assignee of Washington Mutual Bank, the issuer of a Washington Mutual Bank credit account are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the August 2nd, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40, BLOCK 546, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 20, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 2-A THROUGH 2-Z-42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
