NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 23, 2017 and that certain order entered on June 22, 2018, in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:
LOT 37 AND 38, BLOCK E, PALM ISLAND ESTATES UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 13A THROUGH 13E, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
shall be sold by the Clerk of Court, Roger D. Eaton, on the 27th day of July, 2018 on-line at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.charlotte. realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
