NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3 day of July, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17000629CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CHASE FUNDING MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-2, is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM POPKO A/K/A WILLIAM ANDREW POPKO JR; MARLI APARECIDA SILVA; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 30 day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
