NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2018, entered in Case No. 41 2017CA003421AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-KS9 is the Plaintiff and Jerrold D. Camp a/k/a Jerry D. Camp; Unknown Spouse of Jerrold D. Camp a/k/a Jerry D. Camp; Manatee County, Florida; United State of America, Department of the Treasury - Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 7th day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, GAP CREEK SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
