NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 13, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016CA004242000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BNC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1, is Plaintiff, and TONIA KENNEDY, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 356 OF UNRECORDED VALENCIA WOOD FURTHER DESCRIBED AS: THE NORTH 20 FEET OF LOT 106 AND ALL OF LOT 107 AND THE SOUTH 25 FEET OF LOT 108, OF ELOISE WOODS LAKE MARIAM UNIT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, AT PAGES 49, 49A AND 49B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
