The summary administration of the estate of Earl C. Bethune, Jr., deceased, whose date of death was October 4, 2017, is pending in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Probate Division, P.O. Box 413044, Naples, FL 34101-3044. The total value of the non-exempt estate is less than $12,000; and the names and addresses of the prospective beneficiaries and the Petitioner's attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate on whom a copy of this notice is served must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE. ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER APPLICABLE TIME PERIOD, AND ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
