NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 28, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2015CA001083CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE RMAC TRUST, SERIES 2016-CTT is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF DOROTHY A. GRABAREK, DECEASED; SPRING TREE VILLAGE OF HERITAGE SPRINGS INC.; HERITAGE SPRINGS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC.; TRINITY COMMUNITIES MASTER ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF DOROTHY A. GRABAREK, DECEASED; BRIAN C. GRABAREK; BRADLEY N. GRABAREK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on August 2, 2018 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, HERITAGE SPRINGS VILLAGE 5, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 106 THROUGH 108, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
