NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2018, and entered in Case No. 58-2017-CA-002600 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-10, is the Plaintiff and JBRE Investments, LLC, as Trustee under a Trust Agreement dated 18 November 2016 known as Trust No. 1815, Danny R. Skerkowski, The Unknown Beneficiaries under a Trust Agreement dated 18 November 2016 known as Trust No. 1815, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Meaghan Carroll, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Brittany Broome, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 2nd day of August, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
