Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No. 2014CA001356NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in which VILLA LE GRAND OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida Not-For-Profit Corporation, is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are MARK E. HOLT and SUSAN FEDER HOLT, Husband and Wife, the Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on August 13, 2018 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
Unit 75, Leslie Park, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1875, Page 497, and amended, and as per the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 26, Page 31 through 31F, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
