NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19th, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 007009 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR14, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH- CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR14 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 1, 2006, is Plaintiff and ALFRED T. FORREST, II A/K/A ABBIE T. FORREST, II; SHARON D. FORREST, et. al, are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 17th day of August 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, Block 14, BIRD KEY SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 20, of the Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida
Located: 540 North Spoonbill Drive, Sarasota, Florida 34236
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
