Final Judgment was awarded on June 25, 2018 in Civil Case No. 17-CA-000057, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005- 3, RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-3 is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVNING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JERRY VANCE JR.
